Website and Booking Terms

These Website and Booking Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of innerradiancespa.com, our online booking pages, forms, communications, and esthetic services offered by Inner Radiance Spa (“Inner Radiance Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book through the online system.
Esthetic Services; Not Medical Care
Inner Radiance Spa provides cosmetic and esthetic services. Our services and website content are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.
Information we provide does not replace advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, active infection, severe reaction, uncertain skin condition, or other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
Call 911 or seek emergency medical assistance for a medical emergency.
Client Information and Service Suitability
You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medical conditions, recent procedures, skin conditions, product use, and other facts relevant to the requested service.
You agree to notify us before each service of material changes to your health, medications, skin, or treatment history.
We may modify, postpone, or decline a service when we reasonably believe it may be unsuitable, unsafe, outside our scope, or contrary to professional judgment. We may recommend that you obtain medical clearance before receiving a service.
Appointments and Confirmation
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability unless the booking page or confirmation message states that the appointment is confirmed. Review your confirmation carefully and contact us if any information is incorrect.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring appointment communications.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Early notice helps us offer the appointment time to another guest.
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. We may require direct confirmation or prepayment before accepting future bookings after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
We may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, safety concerns, emergencies, provider availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer another time.
Arrival and Late Arrival
Please arrive on time and follow the parking and entrance instructions in your confirmation. A late arrival may require us to shorten, modify, or reschedule the service so later appointments are not delayed.
Pricing, Deposits, and Payment
Prices, service descriptions, availability, and promotions may change. The price shown when booking may be a starting price or range if a service varies based on selected options, provider time, or add-ons.
Any required deposit or prepayment will be disclosed during booking. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, completed services and used products are not refundable. If you believe there is a billing error, contact us promptly.
Promotions, discounts, gift certificates, packages, and credits may be subject to separate stated conditions, availability, and expiration rules permitted by law. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Results and Aftercare
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee a particular result, duration, or outcome.
You agree to follow reasonable pre-service and aftercare instructions and to contact us promptly if you experience an unexpected reaction. Seek medical attention when appropriate.
Forms, Waivers, and Electronic Signatures
You may be required to complete intake, consent, and waiver forms before receiving services. Forms may be signed electronically.
By submitting an electronic form or signature, you consent to conducting that transaction electronically and agree that your electronic submission is intended as your signature. You may ask whether a paper option is available before signing.
Intake and waiver forms generally must be updated annually and sooner if relevant information or requested services change.
Photography
Before-and-after or other client photographs require separate consent. Photography consent is optional unless an image is reasonably necessary to document a reaction, safety issue, or service record as permitted by law.
Marketing use of identifiable images will not be required as a condition of receiving services. You may withdraw optional photography consent for future use by contacting us, although withdrawal will not affect uses already made in reasonable reliance on prior consent.
Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize us to send communications reasonably related to your inquiry, forms, appointment, transaction, or service.
Marketing communications will be sent subject to applicable consent requirements. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing a service. You may unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to automated marketing texts.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to Inner Radiance Spa and are protected by applicable law.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, impersonate, interfere with, introduce malicious code into, or misuse the website or booking system.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party scheduling, payment, CRM, mapping, review, analytics, social media, and communication services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, duties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Radiance Spa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website.
Liability relating to an esthetic service is governed by applicable law and any informed-consent documentation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or any liability or right that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your intentional misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or knowing provision of materially false information. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or misconduct.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms do not require arbitration.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or permitted by law.
Severability; No Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
